Cablevision announced plans to displace Nickelodeon under the “mistaken belief” that it's legally obligated to do so, Viacom said. PMCM missed a deadline to change its must-carry channel, Viacom argued. PMCM’s application for review asking the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C.
