Plaintiff Hui Zhou Pacific Container Co., Ltd., Qingdao Pacific Container Co., Ltd., Qidong Singamas Energy Equipment Co., Ltd., and Singamas Container Holdings Limited challenging the Commerce Department's final antidumping and countervailing duty determinations on 53-foot domestic dry containers from China. #15-00188, -00189. Tianjin Wanhua Co., :Ltd. challenging the final results of the 2012-13 antidumping duty administrative review on polyethylene terephthalate film, sheet and strip from China. #15-00190. Filed July 7.

Meyer Corp. challenging the denial of first sale treatment and Generalized System of Preferences treatment on entries of cookware. #15-00191. Filed July 7.

LED Power Inc. on the classification of LEDs and LED devices. CBP classified the merchandise under subheadings 9405.30.00 (8%), 9405.40.60 (6%) and 9405.40.80 (3.9%). LED Power says it should have instead been classified under subheading 8543.70.70 (2%). #15-00192. Filed July 8.

Nutricia North America on the classification of gastrointestinal, metabolic, and neurology products, monogen and souvenaid. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 2106.90.9998 (6.4%). Nutricia says it should have instead been classified under subheading 3004.50.50 (free) or 9817.00.96 (free). #15-00193. Filed July 9.

Monitor Manufacturing on the classification of lawn mower tires. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 4011.99.8500 (3.4%). Monitor says it should have instead been classified under subheading 4011.92.0000 (free) or 9817.00.6000 (free). #15-00194. Filed July 10.
