DSM Nutritional Products on the classification of a stabilized vitamin B derivative. CBP classified the merchandise under subheadings 3824.90.28 (6.5%) and 3824.90.92 (5%). DSM says it should have instead been classified under subheading 2936.23.00 (free). #15-00155. Filed June 2.

DSM Nutritional Products challenging CBP's denial of its protests on the classification of carotenoids. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 2106.90.97 (8.5% + 0.288¢/kg or 2106.90.99 (6.4%). DSM says it should have instead been classified under subheadings 3204.19.35 (3.1%), K3204.19.35 (free), and 2936.10.00 (free). #15-00156/00157. Filed June 2

KIA Motors America challenging a denied protest related to automotive vehicles. #15-00158. No summons available.

Hyundai Heavy Industries and Hyundai Corporation USA challenging the amended final results of the 2012-13 antidumping duty administrative review on large power transformers from South Korea. #15-00159. Filed June 5.

Nutricia North America on the classification of gastrointestinal products (Neocate One +, Neocate Junior, Neocate LCP, and Neocate (Infant)); and metabolic products (XPhen Tyr Maxamum, Xphe, Xtyr (XPXT) Maxamaid). CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 2106.90.9998 (6.4%). Nutricia says it should have instead been classified under subheading 3004.50.50 (free) or 9816.00.96 (free). #15-00160.
