China International Marine Containers (Group) Co., Ltd., Guangdong Xinhui CIMC Special Transportation Equipment Co., Ltd., Xinhui CIMC Container Co., Ltd., Qingdao CIMC Container Manufacture Co., Ltd., Nantong CIMC-Special Transportation Equipment Manufacture Co., Ltd. and Xinhui CIMC Wood Co., Ltd. challenging the Commerce Department's final antidumping and countervailing duty determinations on 53-foot domestic dry containers from China. #15-00148, 15-00149. US LED on the classification of LED and LED devices. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 9405.40.8000 (3.9%). US LED says it should have instead been classified under subheading 8543.70.7000 (2%). #15-00150. Filed May 20.
