Shimano American Corp. on the classification of bicycle cassette sprockets. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 8714.99.8000 (10%). Shimano says it should have instead been classified under subheading 8714.93.7030 (free). #15-00139. Filed May 11.

Morex Ribbon Corp., Papillon Ribbon & Bow Inc., and Ad-Teck Ribbon challenging the final results of the 2012-13 antidumping duty administrative review on narrow woven ribbons with woven selvedge from Taiwan. #15-00141. Filed May 11.

Imperia Trading on CBP's denial of first sale treatment on its imports of wearing apparel and accessories. CBP valued the merchandise based on landed duty prices paid by Imperia, adjudged to exclude international freight and duties. Imperia says it should have instead been valued based on the first sale price at which Imeria's vendors sell goods for export to the U.S. #15-00142. Filed May 12.

Lamrite West Inc. on the classification of LED light products such as light sets, flameless candles, votives and tea lights. CBP classified the merchandise under subheadings 9405.40.8000 (3.9%) and 9405.30.0040 (8%). Lamrite West says it should have instead been classified under subheadings 8543.70.7000 (2%), 3406.00.0000 (free), 9602.00.4000 (1.8%) or 9817.95.05 (free). #15-00143. Filed May 12.

Incase Design on the classification of iPad accessories including its Book Jacket, Revolution, Magazine Jacket, Maki Jacket and Folios. CBP classified the merchandise under subheadings 4202.92.9060 (17.6%) and 3926.90.9980 (5.3%). Incase Design says it should have instead been classified under subheadings 8473.30.51 (free), 4820.30 (free), 4820.90.0000 (free), 3926.10.00 (5.3%) or 6307.90.98 (7.1%). #15-00144. Filed May 12.

Moen on the classification of paper holders. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 7907.00.1000 (3%). Moen says it should have instead been classified under subheading 8302.50.0000 (free). #15-00145. Filed May 13.

Precision Lighting & Transformer on the classification of LED lights. CBP classified the merchandise under subheadings 9405.30.0040 (8%) and 9405.40.8000 (3.9%). Precision says it should have instead been classified under subheading 8543.70.7000 (2%). #15-00146. Filed May 15.
