Green Wave International on the classification of taurine. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 2921.19.6090 (6.5%). Green Wave says it should have instead been classified under subheading K2921.19.6090 (free). #15-00129. Filed May 4.

Latitude Ltd. challenging CBP's determination that its imports of chemicals (calcium saccharin under subheading 2925.11.0000) were dutiable at 6.5% Latitude says the goods should have been duty free under the U.S.-Israel Free Trade Agreement. #15-00130. Filed May 5.

Shin-Etsu MicroSi on the classification of silicone-based thermal greases. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 3824.90.2800 (6.5%). Shin-Etsu says it should have instead been classified under subheading 3910.00.0000 (3%). #15-00131. Filed May 5.

ABB Inc. challenging CBP's valuation of its transformers. ABB says CBP erroneously included in transaction value some non-dutiable and postimportation charges, harbor maintenance and merchandise processing fees and duty. #15-00132. Filed May 6.

Spacom LLC on the classification of an electric golf bat caddy. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 8704.90.0000 (25%). Spacom says it should have instead been classified under subheading 8479.89.98 (2.5%). #15-00133. Filed May 6.

Bergan on the classification of pet carriers. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 4202.92.9026 (17.6%). Bergan says it should have instead been classified under subheading 6307.90.9889 (7%). #15-00134. Filed May 6.

Kent International on the classification of children's bicycle kits. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 8714.99.80 (10%). Kent says it should have instead been classified under subheading 9401.80.40 (free). #15-00135. Filed May 6.

Titan Tire Corp. and the United Steelworkers union challenging the final results of the 2012-13 antidumping duty administrative review on new pneumatic off-the-road tires from China. #15-00136. Filed May 6.

Pacific M. International on the classification of jewelry. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 7113.19.5086 (5.5%). Pacific says it should have instead been classified as U.S. goods returned under subheading 9801.00.1010 (free). #15-00137. Filed May 8.

The Association of American School Paper Suppliers challenging the final results of the 2012-13 antidumping duty administrative review on lined paper products from China. #15-00138. Filed May 6.
