F&T Apparel challenging CBP's determination that its imports of wearing apparel were dutiable at 28.2% to 32%. F&T says the goods were imported from a Qualifying Industrial Zone in Egypt and should have been duty free under the U.S.-Israel Free Trade Agreement. #15.00115. Filed April 20.
Hartford Fire Insurance challenging CBP claims on bonds covering entries of honey. Hartford says the bonds should be canceled because they contained errors. #15-00116. Filed April 20.
Brenntag Northeast on the classification of hydrophobic fumed silica. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 3824.90.9290 (5%). Brenntag says it should have instead been classified under subheading 2811.22.5000 (free). #15-00117. Filed April 21.
Imperial Sugar Company challenging the agreements suspending the International Trade Commission's antidumping and countervailing duty investigations on sugar from Mexico. #15-118. Filed April 24.
MBD Trading challenging CBP's valuation of its entries of textiles based on the invoice from the middle man seller to the importer, rather than the invoice from the manufacturer to the middle man. #15-00119. Filed April 22.
General Instrument Corporation on the classification of set top boxes. CBP classified the merchandise under HTS subheading 8528.71.40 (5%). General Instrument says it should have instead been classified under subheading 8525.60.20 (free). #15-00120. Filed April 23.
The Stanley Works (Langfang) Fastening Systems Co., Ltd. and Stanley Black & Decker challenging the Commerce Department's final results of the 2012-13 antidumping duty administrative review on steel nails from China. #15-00121. Filed April 24.
AmCane Sugar challenging the agreements suspending the International Trade Commission's antidumping and countervailing duty investigations on sugar from Mexico. #15-00122. Filed April 24.
