State said. State asks that industry members immediately begin including valid email addresses on all paper applications, such as General Correspondence Letters and requests for approval of trade in classified items, so the agency can follow up with ELLIE users on their applications. Industry users will be able to check the status of applications via ELISA at http://elisa.dtsa.mil/.
