The typical timeline is three business days, the Federal Register said on its site, and it wasn't listed to be published on Friday. Alamo Broadband and USTelecom appealed the order March 24 (see 1503230066). The agency has said they were premature before publication in the Federal Register and plans to file a motion to dismiss the two appeals on that ground (see 1503270036).
