- HR-1376: To amend chapter V of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act to permit provisional approval of fast track products.
- HR-1375: To require the Consumer Product Safety Commission to promulgate a rule to require child safety packaging for liquid nicotine containers, and for other purposes.
