Danze Inc. on the classification of ADA-compliant toilet bowls and tanks. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 6910.10.0010 (5.8%). Danze says it should have instead been classified under subheading 9817.00.96 (free). #15-00033. Filed Feb. 3.
