McCaskill, Nelson Press Uber, Lyft on Data Security

The senators sent the letters Dec. 19, and both the letter to Uber and the letter to Lyft cite the enforcement actions that the FTC has taken in this space. Nelson is expected to be ranking member of the Commerce Committee next year.
