OFAC Adds Individuals, Entity to SDN List as Counterterrorism Designations
The Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) added individuals and an entity to the Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list on Aug. 21 (here) and 22 (here).

The following individuals have been added to OFAC's SDN List:
- Basir, Haji Abdul (Pakistan)
- Rahmat, Qari (Afghanistan)
- Al-'Ali, Hamid Hamad Hamid (Kuwaiti)
- Al-Sharikh, Abdul Mohsen Abdullah Ibrahim (Saudi Arabia)
The following entity has also been added to OFAC's SDN List:
- Haji Basir And Zarjmil Company Hawala (present in Pakistan, Afghanistan, United Arab Emirates and Iran)
