OFAC Adds Chinese, Russian, North Korean Entries to SDN List

The Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) added individuals, entities and vessels to the Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list, including additions of sectoral identifications, on July 29 (here) and 30 (here).

  • Chongchongang Shipping Company Limited (North Korea)
  • Ocean Maritime Management Company Limited (North Korea)

The following Russian entities have been added to OFAC's Sectoral Sanctions Identifications List:

  • VTB Bank Oao

The following North Korean vessels have been added to OFAC's SDN List:
