Census Names Dale Kelly New Head of Foreign Trade Division
The U.S. Census Bureau announced on July 3 the appointment of Dale Kelly as Foreign Trade Division (FTD) chief. Kelly previously led the development and maintenance of the Foreign Trade Regulations that require electronic export filing through the Automated Export System, including AESDirect, said Census in a statement. Kelly has worked at Census in various roles for 28 years, the statement added. Nick Orsini previously served as head of the FTD. Orsini will now take over as chief of the Manufacturing and Construction Division at Census, the statement said.
