The bill has gone through revisions since the House approved its version -- the Cyber Intelligence Sharing and Protection Act (HR-624) (http://1.usa.gov/1nMkkxx) -- but industry and privacy stances on the bill have remained largely the same (CD May 15 p11). There is no new date for the markup.
