BIS Amends EAR to Change Samsung China VEU Address
The Commerce Department’s Bureau of Industry and Security on May 29 amended the Export Administration Regulations to change the address of a Samsung China Validated End-User facility. The amendment changes the Samsung China Semiconductor Co. address from Xinglong Street, Chang'an District, Xi'an, People's Republic of China 710065 to No. 1999, North Xiaohe Road, Xi'an, China 710119. Samsung China has five total Validated End-User facilities.
