Husch Blackwell hired Jeffrey Neeley as a partner and Michael Holton as senior counsel, the law firm said. Neeley and Holton previously worked at Barnes Richardson, as did Cortney O'Toole Morgan, who also recently joined Husch Blackwell (see 14043027) .
