State, USTR Asks for Comment on Environmental Regs in CAFTA-DR

The State Department is asking for public comment on environmental regulations and implementation in the Dominican Republic-Central America-U.S. Free Trade Agreement (CAFTA-DR), as the FTA environmental affairs council prepares to convene its eighth meeting. The public session of the meeting will be held on April 3 at Tulane University Law School in New Orleans, La. Comments must be submitted by March 28.
