BIS Solicits Recruits for Export Control Advisory Committees

The Commerce Department’s Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) is soliciting private sector recruits for seven technical advisory committees (TACs) that advise Commerce on the technical parameters for export controls related to dual-use commodities and technology. The seven TACs are as follows:

Timely, relevant coverage of court proceedings and agency rulings involving tariffs, classification, valuation, origin and antidumping and countervailing duties.
