State and the Commerce Department published concurrent rules on July 8 that implement revisions to the aforementioned categories, transferring certain commodities to the Commerce Control List (see 13070814). That rule will take effect on Jan. 6, 2014. The final determinations for CJs submitted to DDTC after Nov. 14 will not be processed until after the Jan. 6 effective date.
