DDTC to Publish Updated DS2032 Form

The new DS2032 Statement of Registration Form, version 4.0, will be published for use, effective Oct. 25. Older versions of the DS2032 form will not be accepted if submitted after Oct. 25. Version 4.0 includes the following modifications, according to State:

Timely, relevant coverage of court proceedings and agency rulings involving tariffs, classification, valuation, origin and antidumping and countervailing duties.   • including the ability for U.S. persons to consolidate manufacturer/exporter/broker registrations

  • clarification on foreign ownership.

The new form may be submitted electronically (via EFS), by registered mail, or express mail until Dec. 31, at which point only electronic submissions will be permitted, said DDTC.
