FTZ Board OKs ASF Reorganization of Zone in Panama City, Fla.

The Foreign-Trade Zones Board approved the reorganization and expansion of FTZ 65 in Panama City, Fla. The reorganization under the Alternative Site Framework (ASF), requested in June by the Panama City Port Authority (see 13062112), expands the FTZ's service area to include Bay and Washington Counties, Fla. ASF streamlines processes for designation of new FTZ subzones and usage driven sites within the larger service area.
