BIS to Hold EAR and ECR Seminars

BIS will conduct two seminars in the coming weeks to inform exporters on export control requirements under the Export Administration Regulations and Export Control Reform (ECR). Details for the seminars are:

As part of ECR, the first set of U.S. Munitions List (USML)-Commerce Control List (CCL) transfers will occur on Oct. 15 (see 13091028).
