New Foreign-Trade Zone Established in Tunica County, Miss.

The Foreign-Trade Zones Board is establishing new FTZ 287 based on a request from Tunica County, Miss., the agency said in a notice set for publication in the Sept. 20 Federal Register. The zone will be organized under the Alternative Site Framework (ASF), which streamlines processes for designation of new FTZ subzones and usage driven sites within the service area. That service area will include Tunica County, adjacent to the Memphis CBP Port of Entry, the FTZB said.
