referred Cordova’s apparent violations to the Enforcement Bureau after receiving Cordova’s 2010 annual hearing aid compatibility status report. “The company has modified its procedures for monitoring and reporting Cordova’s compliance with the hearing aid-compatible handset deployment requirements,” the order said.
