FTZ Board OKs ASF Reorganization of Zone in Corpus Christi, Texas

The Foreign-Trade Zones Board approved the reorganization of FTZ 122 in Texas under the Alternative Site Framework (ASF), pursuant to a request by the Port of Corpus Christi Authority. The service area of the FTZ will now cover Nueces, San Patricio, Aransas, Jim Wells, Kleberg and Bee Counties, Texas. ASF streamlines processes for designation of new FTZ subzones and usage driven sites within the larger service area.
