NFLP had argued that Idaho Falls CBS affiliate KIDK-TV is no longer viewed sufficiently in several counties. However, the Media Bureau said KMVT did not provide the correct audience data to demonstrate that KIDK-TV is no longer significantly viewed, and so denied the requested waiver, the order said.
