Outdoor Industry Association Hires Trade Policy Advisor
The Outdoor Industry Association named Rich Harper as trade policy advisor, the association said. Harper previously worked in the office of Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., as a legislative assistant for trade, foreign policy and defense.
