Authority. The revised license defines that Authority as: “the Palestinian Authority government of President Mahmoud Abbas and Prime Minister Salam Fayyad, or any successor Prime Minister appointed by President Abbas, including all branches, ministries, offices, and agencies (independent or otherwise) thereof.”
