Polk County, Reed said he needs instructions from the court on how to proceed after the bureau’s decision. The court had an April 22 hearing on the issue and hasn’t made a decision, he said in a letter the agency accepted Thursday. The bureau last month rescinded an application granted in 2012 to GB Enterprises Communications for an involuntary assignment of the station’s license (CD April 10 p23).
