OFAC Now Accepting Electronic License Requests

The Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control is now accepting requests for licenses, license amendments and interpretive guidance electronically, the agency announced April 18. Timely, relevant coverage of court proceedings and agency rulings involving tariffs, classification, valuation, origin and antidumping and countervailing duties.   • Export agricultural commodities, medicine or medical devices to Sudan or Iran pursuant to the Trade Sanctions Reform and Export Enhancement Act of 2000
