President Obama will designate Commissioner Mario Cordero as the next FMC Chairman, the release said. "I look forward as a Commissioner to continue working with [Cordero] on these goals and new challenges during the President’s second term," said Lidinsky. Lidinsky became Chairman in 2009. The FMC didn't return a request for comment.
