BIS Adds 19 Entries to Entity List

The Bureau of Industry and Security added 19 entries -- including 18 people -- to its entity list, a list of entities that have engaged in activities that could result in an increased risk of the diversion of exported, reexported or transferred items to weapons of mass destruction programs. The new entities are:

The Bureau also deleted one entry from the list: Atlas Electronic Systems, located in Montreal, Canada. Its removal was based on cooperation with the U.S. government and guarantee of future alliance with the Export Administration Regulations. The Bureau also amended the list to add two addresses for Christof Schneider of Wermelskirchen, Germany.
