In that case, the appeals court stayed an FCC order requiring Comcast to increase its distribution of the Tennis Channel network and judges were said to have appeared poised to rule against the agency during oral argument (CD Feb 26 p1). “The parties have conferred on this matter and have indicated by e-mail that they agree that it would be best for the hearing to be continued until July,” the order said. Cablevision and an attorney for GSN declined to comment.
