Hochberg Nominated to Continue at Ex-Im Bank; Other Nominations Announced

President Obama has nominated Fred Hochberg to be president of the Export-Import Bank, a position Hochberg has held since 2009. Other nominations announced March 21 are:

  • Cynthia Attwood to be a member of the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission. Attwood was originally appointed to the position in February 2010.
  • Stuart Delery to be Assistant Attorney General for the Civil Division at Department of Justice. He is currently the principal deputy assistant attorney general for the Civil Division.
  • Allison Macfarlane to be a member of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, and upon appointment to be designated Chair. She has been a member of the NRC since July 2012.
  • Patricia Wald, to be a member of the Privacy and Civil Liberties Oversight Board, a position she has held since August 2012.
