Lew Confirmed as Treasury Secretary
The Senate approved Jacob Lew as Secretary of the Treasury Department in a Feb. 27 vote. President Obama nominated Lew earlier this year to succeed Timothy Geithner. Lew previously served as White House Chief of Staff.
