President Barack Obama delegated responsibility of any certifications, reports and notices on U.S.-Australia treaties on defense trade cooperation to recently confirmed Secretary of State John Kerry on Wednesday.

The memorandum, published in the Federal Register, also requires the President to notify Congress of any amendments to section 105(c) of 2010's Defense Trade Cooperation Treaties Implementation Act.
