Retailers are increasingly using mobile as a delivery channel for coupons in order to drive sales, as well as enhance consumer engagement and retention, Juniper said. “While we've heard that online retail is killing the High Street [the U.K.’s term for Main Street] ... mobile offers a means of engaging with the consumer at every point in the retail lifecycle, from product discovery to product purchase,” said Windsor Holden, the report’s author, in a news release.
