“Sprint’s acquisition of control over Clearwire is subject to, among other things, a vote of the non-Sprint shareholders in the face of a higher value offer made by DISH and Clearwire’s response to DISH’s offer,” Dish said (http://xrl.us/boa9cy). “These contingencies make SoftBank’s and Sprint’s applications unripe for consideration.
