the grants beginning March 1. “Applicants are asked to submit proposals that will execute paper-based, mailed surveys to all nine, multi-county regions identified by LinkWISCONSIN and the State Broadband Office at the PSC,” the commission said. The data collection is intended to further “regional projects and future planning to improve broadband availability and adoption throughout the state,” the application said.
