Desai, fellow CWA counsel Benjamin Bartlett and CWA Telecom Policy Director Debbie Goldman emphasized their objections Tuesday during a meeting with members of the FCC general counsel’s office and the Wireless Bureau. Bartlett and Desai “further requested that the Commission promptly require the Applicants to immediately provide in full the requested information, as required pursuant to the Commission’s rules, and as is consistent with Commission precedent and good public policy,” Desai said in an ex parte filing.
