The monthly equipment rental fees for the Hopper and ViP 922 satellite receiver/DVRs will remain at $10, but those for other ViP products will rise to $7 from $6, a Dish spokesman said. Meanwhile, Dish is offering $1 billion in 10-year bonds through subsidiary Dish DBS Corp., to be used for general corporate purposes including spectrum deals, Dish said. Dish last sold debt in September, issuing $2 billion of bonds at 5.87 percent for 10 years, according to a Dish SEC filing.
