Page Marketing B.V. and other defendants to pay back its entire net sales from the operation, in which they were alleged to trick customers into believing they were affiliated with the customers’ local yellow pages directories, the court said. The FTC filed the lawsuit in July 2011 after receiving several hundred complaints from consumers who had received suspicious faxes claiming to be from their local yellow pages, it said.
