ITA Revokes AD Order on Silicomanganese from Brazil
The International Trade Administration revoked the antidumping duty order on silicomanganese from Brazil (A-351-824), effective Sept. 14, 2011, as a result of a negative injury determination in a sunset review. The International Trade Commission voted Oct. 11 that revocation of the AD order wouldn't result in injury to U.S. industry.

The ITA will instruct CBP to end suspension of liquidation of silicomanganese from Brazil entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, on or after Sept. 14, 2011 (the fifth anniversary of the date of publication of the last continuations of the AD duty order). Entries of subject merchandise prior to that date will continue to be subject to suspension of liquidation and AD cash deposit requirements.
