The open forum will be at the FTC's Satellite Building Conference Center in Washington, D.C., and will precede a conference sponsored by the American Society of International Law Nov. 29 to Dec. 1 at the George Washington University Law School on the role of the private sector in shaping oversight of the global marketplace.
