CBP Seeks Comment Extension on CBP Form 19
CBP is proposing an extension of a previously approved information collection about CBP Form 19, Protest, which is used by an importer, filer, or any party at interest to petition CBP, or protest any action or charge made by the port director with respect to imported merchandise, it said in a Federal Register notice scheduled for Oct. 15. The information collection was previously approved by OMB (See ITT's Online Archives 12080730).

CBP proposed that the information collection be extended with no change to the burden hours. The new deadline is Nov. 14.
