FMC Lists Revoked OTI Licenses

The Federal Maritime Commission has issued a notice of revocation of the following ocean transportation intermediary (OTI) licenses.

A revocation may occur after a license is surrendered voluntarily by the OTI or for failure to maintain a valid bond, proof of insurance, or other surety. FMC may also, after notice and hearing, suspend or revoke a license if it finds that the OTI is not qualified to render intermediary services or that it willfully failed to comply with a provision of the Shipping Act or with a lawful order, rule, or regulation of the FMC.
