CBP Reports Problems with ACE Production

- Incident #1
- Between the hours of 0103 EDT and 0300 EDT there was an incident that resulted in some EDI messages failing for 096 RUN HAS BEEN TERMINATED errors. This impacted rail and ocean carriers and has been resolved. Please re-submit any input jobs that you received this message against.
- Incident #2
- Between the hours of 0300 EDT and 0600 EDT there was an incident resulting in significant backlog of ocean manifest transmissions. This backlog is now being worked off but ocean transmitters may see some delays.
