CBP Posts AESTIR Changes to Appendix A Commodity Response Filing Msgs

- Added: Response Code 549 “BIS LICENSE NBR NOT VALID FOR LICENSE CODE”
Effective April 11, 2012
- Added: Response Code 672 “GB/AU ACID NBR UNKNOWN OR INVALID”
- Changed Response Codes 667, 563, and 564 to include new license exemption codes.
